Data controller
Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data is processed as described below by Savaş Tutumlu, who operates Sağlama, as the data controller. For introductory e-mails that carry TEXORA TEKSTİL İHRACAT VE İTHALAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (MERSİS No: 0841103281700001) at the bottom, however, the data controller is that company.
What data we process and why
When you sign up for the waiting list or for an alert subscription, we process only your e-mail address, the time of your sign-up and confirmation, and your IP address (as proof of consent). The purpose is to send you the notifications you asked for and to be able to document your consent. If you give marketing permission through a separate, optional checkbox, that permission is also recorded separately.
Legal basis
Sending notifications: your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5(1)) and your consent to commercial electronic messages under Law No. 6563. Keeping consent records: compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK Article 5(2)(ç)).
Who receives the data
The data may be stored with hosting and e-mail service providers based in Türkiye or abroad. It is not shared with third parties for marketing and is not sold. The current list of providers is kept on this page: Vercel Inc. (hosting, United States), Neon Inc. (database, United States and European Union), Resend Inc. (the e-mails this site sends and receiving e-mails sent to us, United States), Microsoft Corporation (introductory e-mails we send to institutions, European Union) and Google LLC (the account to which e-mails sent to us are forwarded, United States).
How long the data is kept
Your e-mail address is kept until you leave the list. Consent and unsubscribe records are kept for the statutory limitation period, because we may have to prove them. When you leave the list, your address is removed from the sending list at once.
Introductory e-mails we send to institutions
We send institutions e-mails that introduce our services where they relate to their work. For this, we process your first and last name, your title, your institution and your work e-mail address; the link to the page where we found this information and the date we read it; and a record of the e-mail we sent you and of your reply. We take this information only from public sources (KAP, your institution's website and annual report, sector publications), and we read these pages with software tools. If your e-mail address is not published, we derive it from the common format of your institution's published addresses, and we say so plainly in the e-mail. We do not collect your telephone number, your personal social media accounts or your home address. The purpose is to introduce our service where it relates to your institution's work and to follow up on your reply. The legal basis is legitimate interest (KVKK Article 5(2)(f)); we have assessed this balance in writing. We send one e-mail per person and at most one reminder. E-mails that carry TEXORA TEKSTİL İHRACAT VE İTHALAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (MERSİS No: 0841103281700001) at the bottom are sent in that company's name, and that company is their data controller.
Opting out of institutional e-mails, transfers and retention
If you do not want us to write to you again, reply to the e-mail with “Do not write,” and we will not write to you again. The e-mails are sent through Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation, EU data center); your replies reach our account on the e-mail service of Google LLC (United States) through Resend Inc. (United States). Your information is not shared with anyone else. If you did not reply, we delete our notes about you six months after the last e-mail and record the deletion. Records of sending and of refusals are kept for the statutory period, as proof. If you ask where your information came from, we tell you the source. We answer your request in writing within 30 days at the latest.
Your rights (KVKK Article 11)
You have the right to access your data, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. Requests: bilgi@saglama.com. Waiting list and alert e-mails carry a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses no marketing cookies. We keep only the records the service needs to work and an anonymized page count. Details and changes are announced on this page with their dates.
