Measurements and records tied to their documents

Sağlama offers three services to the compliance and fund teams of participation finance institutions (participation finance is Türkiye's term for Islamic finance). In all three, every figure and every record links to the document it rests on. You reach the document itself in one click: the company's own report, or the committee's signed minutes.

    Borsa Istanbul company measurements

    The three ratios of the companies in Borsa Istanbul's participation index are calculated from each company's own financial statements. Each ratio is shown with its source page and calculation date. The measurements are public on this site, and institutions can trial a regular data transfer into their own systems.

    Measurements are published for 180 of the 238 companies on the official list (list dated Oct 1, 2026).

  • Status: Open for pilot discussions

    Global Committee File

    A quarterly file for the foreign shares in your participation funds. Three ratios are measured by your committee's own criterion and by that of AAOIFI (the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions), side by side. Today the measurement covers companies that report to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Each share's membership in four Islamic index families is added with dates. Every figure links to the company's own report.

  • Status: January 2027 pilot

    Kanıt by Sağlama

    Pilot package, installed in December 2026: advisory committee decisions are recorded on the day they are taken, and compliance checks on the day they are carried out. Each record carries a fingerprint, which changes if the content changes, and a timestamp from Kamu SM. If a record is later changed or deleted, this shows. Records stay on your institution's own server. The pilot is free for the first two institutions, from installation in December 2026 to the closing meeting on February 26, 2027.

    Sağlama measures Borsa Istanbul companies from their own financial statements and publishes each result with its source page.

  2. Committee file

    Global Committee File

    The Global Committee File applies the same method to the official reports of companies abroad.

  3. Decision record

    Kanıt by Sağlama

    Kanıt by Sağlama records the decision the committee takes with this information, on the day it is taken. Any later change to the record is visible.

Working principles

  • Sağlama measures and records. The decision belongs to the institution's advisory committee.
  • Sağlama issues no religious rulings and no certificates, and gives no investment advice.
  • Corrections are never deleted. They are published with their reasons and dates.
  • Files and records we prepare for an institution are never shown on this site.
  • Kanıt by Sağlama records stay on the institution's own server. We take no copies of the records and look at their content only when the institution shows it. The Borsa Istanbul company measurements on this site never comment on institutions' advisory committee decisions.
