Participation finance ratios you can check

Sağlama recalculates the participation finance (Islamic finance) ratios of Borsa Istanbul companies from their financial statements and links every figure to its source page.

For compliance units, Kanıt by Sağlama: the January 2027 pilot is free for the first two institutions. Watch the overview film

For funds that hold foreign shares, Sağlama prepares a quarterly committee file. Today it covers companies that report to the US SEC. See the Global Committee File

Deadline for the first January submission

For 2026 decisions. The last working day is Friday, January 29, 2027.

SEDDK is Türkiye's insurance and private pension regulator. Under its Circular 2026/26, the advisory committee decisions that participation insurers, and pension companies with participation funds, take in a year go to SEDDK by the end of the following January.

The circular (SEDDK, PDF, in Turkish)

What it does

  1. A new decision is recorded on the day it is taken, with its original document.

  2. The January set is prepared from these records; your institution sends it.

  3. If a record is later changed or deleted, this shows.

2026 decisions already taken are brought in from your archive; for them, the evidence starts on the date they are brought in.

Proven above the threshold: counting only the amounts that the statements and notes prove, the ratio is already above the threshold. For 52 more members, the result depends on the company's declaration: the measured range spans the threshold or the band limit. The financial statements of 60 members will be read again; their results will be given after the new reading, and they are counted neither among the members proven above the threshold nor among those whose result depends on the declaration. Another 58 members are in the measurement queue. We also measured 43 large companies outside the index, for 223 measurements in total. 3 companies outside the index (MGROS, PGSUS, USAK) have all three ratios within the threshold; business activity checks (TKBB Standard 1.2) are not part of this measurement.

Corrections log

Wrong or withdrawn measurements stay on record with their reasons and documents.

All corrections
  1. Bank loans and other short-term borrowings (TRY 2,177,902,862 in total) were missing from the debt numerator: the upper bound of the ratio is 41.85%, not 7.18%. In the same release, the lease liabilities on the balance sheet (TRY 27,837,697) were deducted as debts that do not count under TKBB Guideline 6.2 (rules version 3). The upper bound is above the threshold (33%) and the band limit (36.3%); the record's result changed from “All three ratios within the threshold” to “Depends on the company's declaration”.

    Reasons and documents
  2. Bank loans and lease certificates (sukuk) (TRY 2,528,199,994 in total) were missing from the debt numerator. Under note 6, TRY 918,836,900 of this is the company's own lease certificates (sukuk) with accrued profit share, which TKBB Guideline 6.2 takes out of the debt numerator. In the same release, the lease liabilities on the balance sheet (TRY 170,139,344) were also deducted under TKBB Guideline 6.2 (rules version 3). The upper bound of the ratio is 22.49%, not 2.43%. Below the threshold (33%); the result does not change.

    Reasons and documents
  3. Short-term bank loans (TRY 121,833,480) were missing from the debt numerator. In the same release, the lease liabilities on the balance sheet (TRY 127,759,253) were deducted as debts that do not count under TKBB Guideline 6.2 (rules version 3). The upper bound of the ratio is 9.84%, not 10.16%. Below the threshold (33%); the result does not change.
